What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 kg per variety for bulk tea orders. For tea ware and accessories, the MOQ is 200 pieces per design. We may accommodate smaller trial orders for first-time customers.
Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes, we offer sample shipments at a nominal cost (refundable with first bulk order). Samples typically arrive within 5-7 business days via express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo), CIF, and DDP terms. For smaller shipments, we use air freight and express courier. Our logistics team will recommend the most cost-effective option for your destination.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight: 15-30 days depending on destination. Air freight: 5-10 days. Express courier: 3-7 business days. Lead time for order processing is 7-15 days after confirmation.
Do you offer private label / OEM services?
Absolutely! We provide comprehensive private label services including custom packaging design, label creation, blend formulation, and quality grading to your specifications. Minimum order quantities apply for custom packaging.
How do you ensure tea quality?
All our teas are inspected by master tea tasters before shipment. We maintain ISO 22000 and HACCP certified facilities. Third-party lab testing is available upon request. Full traceability from garden to shipment is provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and for established relationships, partial credit terms. Payments are typically 30% deposit with 70% against shipping documents.
Can you help with customs documentation?
Yes, we provide all necessary export documentation including certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, bill of lading, commercial invoice, and packing list. We also assist with customs clearance guidance.
